Below you will find an overview of the training programmes we currently offer. Please note: all training is delivered in German. Coaching and mediation engagements, by contrast, can be delivered fully in English — please contact me directly to arrange.
Language note. The training programmes listed here (Practitioner, Master, Mediation training, Coaching certification) are conducted in German and are recognised under German educational standards. They require fluent German for active participation in group exercises and certification. For one-to-one coaching and mediation engagements in English, please see the Coaching and Business pages.
NLP Practitioner training
Prerequisite: NLP Basiskurs (basic course, 5 days).
Format: 20 days total (including the basic course). Friday 17:00 – Sunday 16:00. Bad Homburg.
Investment: € 3,500 (individuals) / € 4,500 (organisations). Exempt from VAT under § 4 Nr. 21a bb UStG.

- Module 2: 27 – 29 November 2026

NLP Master training
Prerequisite: Completed NLP Practitioner (DVNLP).
Format: 21 days. Friday 17:00 – Sunday 16:00. Bad Homburg.
Investment: € 3,900 (individuals) / € 4,900 (organisations). VAT-exempt.

Mediation training
Prerequisite: Mediation Basiskurs or NLP Practitioner or comparable.
Format: 7 modules of 3 days each. Friday 17:00 – Sunday 16:00. Bad Homburg.
Investment: € 4,200 (individuals) / € 5,200 (organisations).
Certification: Mediation DACH e.V. and/or DVNLP.

Coaching certification 2027
Format: 7 modules of 3 days each in 2027. Bad Homburg.
Investment: € 4,200. VAT-exempt.
Certificate course (NLP / hypno-systemic) in the tradition of Dr Gunther Schmidt. Dates in preparation — please get in touch if interested.
Conflict management for leaders
Format: 3 days intensive. Bad Homburg or in-house.
Dates: arranged individually.
