Training and coaching for leaders

Individual coaching for leadership figures — for clarity in role, in conflict, in decision-making. We work on real situations from your week, not on generic scenarios. Sessions in English, in person in Bad Homburg or by video call.

For management teams I also offer formats over one to three days, tailored to the question at hand: shaping a new team, clarifying responsibilities after restructuring, working through a recurring conflict, preparing for a difficult conversation.

Three days of intensive work are often enough to resolve conflicts that have paralysed a team for years. Appointments by arrangement.

My underlying assumptions in conflict work

People are ready to cooperate when they feel that their concerns are seen and heard.

Needs are the motivation behind all action. Every behaviour serves to meet a need. Every form of criticism, attack or accusation is an expression of needs that have not been met.

Each person has remarkable resources and capacities, which become visible to us when we meet them with empathy.

There is no hierarchy between human beings — there is equivalence. Organisations have hierarchies that serve specific purposes (clarity, security, orientation), but the needs of other people are not more or less important according to their position. On the human level, all are equal.
